Wollongong is a large town with a population of 100,000. It is 80km south of Sydney.
We drove in, and spent a pleasant few hours, wandering along the high street, going to see another lighthouse, and the harbour basin.
The wind the night before had been in gusts of about 50km/hr, which rattled the tent. After spending most of the night wondering if if the tent was going to blow down, we were quite tired. So it was nice to have a more relaxing day.

Another light house, at the harbour entrance this time

When we got back to the campsite we went for a walk along the beach behind the campsite.

Till next time
